- Click the Users tab on your study home page:
- Click the New user button
On the user profile window, you can specify the center access for the respective user. In case you do not have any actual centers linked yet, or in case the user should only have access to the UAT center, you can click the ‘Specify centers’ tab and do not specify any centers. You can link (new) centers to an existing user at any time.
- When ready, click the orange ‘+ Add’ button. At this moment, an email invitation will be sent to the user.
Depending on the status of your CRF version(s), study access will be different: 1. If the CRF has status 'Design', the user will not be able to login to your study. 2. If the CRF has status ‘UAT’, the user will be able to login to your study and will have access to the UAT center (test center). 3. If the CRF has status ‘Published’, the user will have access to the study centers he/she has been linked to by the study administrator. 4. In case your study has multiple CRF versions with a combination of versions that are Published and versions that have status UAT: - the user has access to the study centers that have been linked to the user profile. - for the CRF version(s) with status UAT, only the UAT centers will be available.
